These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Vers Labs LLC (“AgentDomains,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 28 Geary St, Ste 650, PMB 172, San Francisco, CA 94108. By accessing or using the AgentDomains services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms.
AgentDomains is a reseller of domain name registration services provided by Namecheap, Inc. We are not the registrar of record. Domain registration and related services are provided through Namecheap and are subject to Namecheap’s policies and ICANN requirements. You authorize us to submit your registration data to Namecheap and relevant registries.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by any agents, scripts, or automated systems you authorize. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.
You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information required by ICANN. You authorize us to submit and maintain registrant data as required by ICANN and registries. Failure to provide accurate information may lead to suspension or cancellation of a domain.
ICANN requires verification of the registrant email address. After registration, a verification email will be sent to the registrant email. If not confirmed within 14 days, the domain may be suspended by ICANN. AgentDomains is not responsible for suspensions resulting from unverified registrant emails.
All fees are disclosed prior to purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or other third-party payment processors. Unless required by law or explicitly stated, all purchases are non-refundable once a domain is registered.
If a payment succeeds but the domain registration fails (e.g., the domain is taken), we will issue a refund or credit, as applicable.
Cryptocurrency & Credit Purchases. Credits purchased with cryptocurrency via NOWPayments are non-refundable to the original cryptocurrency wallet. Once crypto is converted to credits, the credit balance is final. Credits can be used to register or renew domains.
Credit Balance Refunds. If a domain registration or renewal paid with credits fails (e.g., the domain becomes unavailable), the credits are automatically returned to your account balance. Credits are not convertible back to cryptocurrency or fiat currency.
Crypto-Paid Domain Refunds. If a domain registration paid directly with cryptocurrency (paymentMethod: “crypto”) fails after payment, the refund is issued as credits to your account balance. We cannot refund to the original cryptocurrency wallet. These credits can be used for future domain registrations or renewals.
Partial Crypto Payments. If an insufficient amount of cryptocurrency is sent for a credit purchase, the payment is marked as “partially paid.” Contact support to resolve partial payments. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or after the payment window has expired.
Unused Credits. Credits remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire. If you delete your account, any remaining credit balance is forfeited.
You are responsible for renewing your domains. Expired domains may be deleted, parked, or released per registry/registrar rules.
We rely on third parties such as Namecheap and Stripe. Their terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or failures caused by third-party services.
We retain all rights to the Services. You retain rights to your content and domain registrations, subject to registry rules.
The Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Services are provided on a best-effort basis. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Namecheap, Stripe, hosting infrastructure).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vers Labs LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your domains, or your agents’ actions.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations, suspected abuse, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Services at any time.
These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
